The Arceau Cheval Fusion is a second model which has been released in the last quarter of this year. It uses a new enamelling technique -- enamelling onto sapphire. The sapphire dial has a deep blue enamelled dial. Galvanic growth is a technique that is similar to 3D printing. It adds layer after layer of material until the dial is complete. The sapphire is marked with a stencil that marks the parts of the dial to be metallised. This process takes an artisan hours to complete. The dial is then placed in multiple galvanic tanks that form the metal to a thickness of around 0.1mm.
The dial of the Cheval Fusion is a horse that looks like it is steampunk,Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Replica but in a contemporary, polished style. You can almost see the parts of this strange creature if you stare at the dial. A smiley face is here and a gearwheel there.
